Seattle Box-Lunches offers a variety of delicious box lunch options perfect for any occasion. Whether it’s a conference, family gathering, or a busy workday, our lunches provide a satisfying meal everyone will love.
Our box lunches include a hearty sandwich or salad, potato chips, a brownie, and bottled water. Choose from ham, roast beef, smoked turkey, grilled chicken, veggie, smoked salmon, or Caprese sandwiches. We also offer wraps with shrimp, turkey, grilled chicken, and tuna. Salad options include chef, grilled chicken Caesar, grilled vegetable, pasta, and vegan green apple. Ask about our sandwich platters too!
We deliver in and around Seattle. Minimum orders vary by location, so contact your catering consultant for details. Delivery fees depend on the number of meals, destination, travel time, day of the week, and time of day. Ask about our Express Service for smaller gatherings.

Yes, we prioritize healthy meals with fresh, local ingredients made daily. We can accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice. We offer vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options. Many of our sandwiches and salads are already vegetarian or vegan.

Billing and Payment
- Minimum order of 10 guests
- Orders below minimums will be subjected to an additional service charge
- Events larger than 50 people should be booked in advance to guarantee availibility of our catering and delivery services
- Last minute catering is seldom refused, but we may not be able to accommodate your menu selections. Best to give advance notice
- Advance reservation will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% or $1000, whichever is less
Special Event Menus
- Due to high demand of business in the first three weeks of December, events are subject to an additional 15% Service Charge. This will be included for all events requested from December 1st – December 15th.
- Events booked the day of Thanksgiving/Christmas/Christmas Eve/New Year’s Eve/ New Year’s Day are also subject to an additional 25% Service Charge.
- Events that are booked on a Holiday do not fall within normal refund policy and therefore will not be subject to any refund if canceled.
